Zero Carbon Homes

Green Carbon builds high quality, low carbon homes. Our houses are built to the standards of Categories 4-6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, meaning they have the potential to be zero carbon, subject to other details of the development, such as the amount of renewable energy being built in to the property and the surrounding infrastructure.

Our aim is to show leadership in the construction industry by future-proofing buildings – by keeping heat in and out, and designing buildings to be as energy-efficient and self-sufficient as possible in terms of energy generation.

Our buildings are years ahead of minimum legislation standards, and we ensure that our buildings have a long life expectancy. Our main product is based around timber frame buildings with excellent thermal mass properties. We work with architects, developers, housing associations, government and companies.
